Ingredients
  • One Grayling
  • Season salt
  • Splash of beer
  • Foil
Directions
The meat of the grayling begans to break down very quickly , so the best way to eat it is to cook it as soon as you catch it. Clean your catch and sprinkle the inside with season salt. Lay the fish on some foil and pour on a little beer. Wrap the fish and place it in the coals of your camp fire. It only takes 15-20 minutes before the is done.
