What are the shipping rates?

* Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped at actual shipping costs. Charges will be estimated at checkout. We will call/email you if any additional charges apply.
** LandBigFish is located in Kentucky. The further away you live may result in longer delivery times and higher per pound shipping fees.

Free Shipping

We are offering free ground shipping on any order over $50.00. Details include:

  • Contiguous U.S. states only.
  • Does not include Saturday delivery.
  • Does not apply to past purchases.
  • Sale items do not count towards the free shipping offer.
  • One piece fishing rods may have additional handling fees. We will contact you prior to shipping.
  • Storage boxes (Plano, Flambeau, Falcon) do not apply. Boxes will be charged a discounted shipping rate of $1.00 per box.
  • Tackle bags do not apply. Bags will be charged a discounted shipping rate of $5.00 per bag.
  • A big order of soft plastics may be considered oversized or over weight and may require a shipping charge. We will contact you prior to shipping.
  • For a limited time only.

    How long does shipping take?

    All items listed on the LBF website have a targeted shipping time frame. It is located at the top right of each page above the product description. 95% of all orders are fulfilled at the LandBigFish store. These orders get filled same/next day. We also offer many products that are fulfilled by manufacturers directly. These items ship at various time frames. Please refer to their product pages to see their average lead time for shipping. If you need any order quicker, please email or call us. We will make the necessary arrangements to get your order to you on time.

    How will my order be shipped?

    We primarly use USPS Proirity Mail. But your order may also be delivered by standard FED EX or UPS Ground Service at the discretion of Standard delivery will be 3-7 business days from the time of shipment. You may receive multiple packages per order.

    Ship to more than one address?

    We can not ship to multiple addresses. Everything in a single order must be shipped to the same address. If you want items shipped to separate addresses (as gifts, for example), you'll need to place a separate order for each address.

    I only received part of my order

    We use a network of vendors for fulfillment. 95% of all orders are fulfilled at the LandBigFish store, but it is not uncommon to have two or more packages for one order. Make sure to check the latest shipping notes on your order status page for the most current shipping information.

    Can I change/add to my order after it has been submitted?

    We begin processing your order as soon as you submit it. Once your order has been submitted we are unable to make any changes to the order. Carefully review your order before clicking on the final check out button. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Will I receive an order confirmation by email?

    We will email you an order receipt immediately after you submit your order. Plus, we will send you email updates as your order gets shipped. If you are not receiving our emails, it was either accidently typed at check out or misplaced in your spam filter. Please check any spam filters you have in place first and then feel free to email or call us.

    How do I get a tracking number?

    All available tracking numbers for your order will be posted on the order status page.

    Lost or stolen package?

    If you appear to have a lost or stolen package please contact the carrier with the tracking number provided for further assistance. Land Big Fish is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is determined to be stolen then contact your local authorities..
