Ingredients
  • Oven fry
  • Veggie Oil
  • eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2-4 freshly caught Perch
  • butter
Directions
1. Line pan w/ butter
2. Cover Perch with Oven fry
3. Add salt and pepper to the perch
4. Put the veggie oil in the pan
5. Cook each side of perch about 5 min.
6. Enjoy!
Other Notes
This dish goes well with A nice cold drink and a buddy to eat it with!
