2004 was a great fishing year for me. I went to the Kenai Peninsula in June and caught 3 King salmon weighing 28, 40 and 60 lbs! The biggest fish was released.

I equaled my largemouth personal best( 7 lbs)in Sept on one of Doug Hannon's Snake lures, twitched in grass one foot off the bank. I also caught two 5 pounders - one on a Booyah spinner bait and the other on a Rapala.

I began to fish when I was 6 and living in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Someone took me to Prospect Park and I caught a sunfish. That did it for me.

I sold my Valpak franchise in June, 2002 because I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Now that I am in remission, I am going to the U of Ga to get a masters in social work to be a marriage and family counselor. I'm looking in to becoming a part time fishing guide to support myself until I am able to practice in 2 years.
