Fishing Information

The all time worse fishing trip, Feb. 12,05. Broke my favorite pole. Boat motor malfunctioned. Lost an expensive rod and reel with a rattletrap over the side. Not a single bite from 6AM until 4PM.

Personal Background

Single, Retired Navy, World Traveler. Fishing since I was a child at "Old Man Riley's" pond outside of Hamilton Ohio.(blue gill's gallor). Salt water fisherman since early 70's in Cuba, KeyWest, and everywhere salt water can be found.

Large mouth bass fisherman since 1987, Northeastern Florida area. Largest bass to date, 9.5 lb. I fish on average of 1 hour per day, ponds, creeks, rivers,lakes, or oceans.

Boat Information

Boat name: Mischief II
1989 16ft Astro Fiberglass Bass Boat with 90HP Merc. Third boat that I have owned, first was a 1964 Cobra cuddy cabin with a 1964 65HP Merc (The Ark), second was (the boat from hell) a 1984 Renken 18ft I/O with a GM 4 cylinder and OMC outdrive (biggest junker ever to displace water), the most valuable accessory on this boat was the tow rope.
