I have been fishing this lake for nearly 40 years. Absolutely the most beautiful lake in Arizona. High country pines with wildlife abundant. Fishing is always excellent, especially during the spring if you can stand the extreme cold. They call it ice out. Big browns and rainbows is the daily delight with an occasional brookie. Nature is at its fullest with elk drinking at the waters edge and turkey calling mates. A true adventure for the whole family.
