Lake is very tempermental. Very rocky bottom with a shelf you can wade into about 30-50 feet out, before it drops off. At that point, it is pretty deep, good catfish fishing. Caught several decent size catfish there, some striped bass, many perch. The side without the boat ramp is usually clam while the side with the boat ramp is, of course, not. Safe, relatively flat area safe for smaller children.
