Ingredients
  • Flour
  • eggs
  • bread crumbs
  • spices
Directions
1st Bowl: Flour

2nd Bowl: Well Beaten Eggs

3rd Bowl: Bread Crumbs mixed with All Spice, Celery salt, Garlic salt, Onion salt, Thyme, Parsley Flakes, Sage, Poultry Seasoning,..etc. (any spice that would go with fish or chicken,also you can switch the salts for powders if you prefer) Sprinkle each spice over bread crumbs and mix well.

Take fish and dip into 1st bowl. Make sure there is a flour coating over entire fish. Then, take fish and dip it into 2nd bowl making sure the fish has been entirely coated with the eggs. Then, take the fish and dip it into the 3rd bowl making sure it has an entire layer of bread crumb and spice layer.

Now your fish is ready to fry in Crisco or some form of cooking oil. Fry till golden brown on both sides.
Other Notes
Watch out for bones.
