  • Fluke Filets
  • Mayo
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Fresh Lemon
  • butter
Directions
Mix Mayo and Mustard equal parts Place filets on buttered cookie sheet (any metal tray will work, cover the tray with foil for easy cleaning). Coat filets with mustard/mayo mix. Lemon juice

Broil until fish starts to brown.
