Ingredients
  • 1 tb margarine; melted
  • 3 tb dijon mustard
  • 1 tb green onion; chopped
  • 2 ts lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic; minced
  • 6 swordfish steaks; 3/4 thick
Directions
Combine margarine, mustard, onion, lemon juice and garlic; mix well. Generously brush both sides of fish with mustard mixture. Grill or broil as desired, brushing frequently with mustard mixture.
Other Notes
Serve with your favorite steamed vegetable.
