Clean salmon, no skin, cut 1" cubes. Put all fish in to either quart of pint jars. You decided. Quarts: add 2 tblsps Si Si Cilantro Spicy dry mix from "Tastefully Simple" for Pints add 1 tblspn of Si Si Cilantro. Add boiling water to each jar leaving 1" head space. Put jars in Water Canner, process 20 min., put in cool, dry area. Check, if a jar not sealed in 8 hrs, use first.
Other Notes
Drain water from jar, let fish dry out a little, add to pasta! Use olive oil, Alfredo, or cheese sauce!
