Ingredients
  • 2 Halibut filets about 1 lb
  • 1/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1/4 cup Maille Old Style Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Dry fish filets brush on Mustard/ Mayonaise paste. Put into hot fry-pan. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side till fish is flaky. Plate and add tomatoes to frypan saute about 2 minutes.
