Ingredients
  • 1med dogfish
  • 1 cedar plank
  • salt 1 pinch
  • pepper 2 pinch
  • 1 med onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1tbs creole seasoning
Directions
Place dogfish on cedar plank. Season completely with the above ingridients, no particular order. Place on gas grill on med heat. Cook for 20 mins or until seasoning starts to turn. Check fish for flakieness. Remove from grill, throw fish away and eat the plank.

Tequila...any brand will do!
