Wish me luck...followed the recipe and a few of the suggestions, added more garlic and broil 10 min- at the end of the bake time..I will post my results soon ! I'm new to this web link loving it already.

Loved this recipe! I will definitely make it more often! I used it for chicken and catfish since my children don't always like fish. It was perfect!

This was one of the best fish dishes I've ever had.

Terrific and easy recipe. For various reasons, I had to make some substitutions (basa for catfish, romano for parmesan, crushed Cheerios for flour) and it was delicious. Thanks!

As a chef myself, trying to figure out a good way to bake some catfish on a budget, this wasn't bad. However I recommend a few extra cloves of garlic and some cornmeal to give it more texture. Otherwise, very good!

Delicious + Excellent results. Healthier and more flavorful than batter frying our catfish. Broiled for last 10 minutes for a nice golden brown look. Easy enough for my kid to help out with the cooking (he always catches most of the fish anyway!).

Wonderful. This is the best oven baked fish I have ever tasted. The only thing I recommend is baking 30 minutes and broil the last 10 minutes to get the fish nicely browned. I shared this recipe at work and everyone loved it.

I just made this recipe, and it was awesome!!! However, I didn't have any paprika, so I used ground cayenne red pepper, and doubled the garlic! :) It was nice and spicy-- and full of flavor!
