Baked Pecan Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. of salmon steaks
  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 tspn Worchester Sauce
  • light salt and pepper
  • 1/4 crushed pecans
  • dash of brown sugar
Directions
Heat sauce pan medium on the stove. Add butter to melt. Add Worch. sauce and brown sugar. Mix in syrup and let it heat until warm. Once warm turn burner off. Spread pecan on plate. Dip salmon steaks one at a time in sauce then in the pecans and put on a baking pan. Pre-heat oven to 325, cook 25 minutes and serve.

This was a good recipe, however there was no butter measurement. I used about a quarter of a stick - sweet butter. Very easy to make.

I have made this recipe about four times now. It is delicious and easy. I have made it with salmon steaks and filets. I made it for guests and everybody loved it.
