1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees, Coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2 In a large skillet, melt 4 tablespoons butter, add celery, onion and parsley, and saute for 5 minutes, or until the celery and onions are tender. Remove from heat and stir in the crab, bread crumbs,lemon juice, and red pepper.
3 Spoon crab meat mixture over fillets. Start from the smaller end, and roll up each fillet. Place the rolls seam down in the dish. melt more butter and pour over the fish. Sprinkle with paprika.
4 Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
