PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEG'S. PLACE SALMON FILLET (SKIN DOWN) IN A SHALLOW BAKING DISH. POUR HEAVY CREAM OVER FILLET AND COVER WITH CLEAR WRAP. PUT IN FRIDGE FOR 30 MIN. TAKE OUT BAKING DISH AND REMOVE COVER. SALT, PEPPER AND SEASON SALT TO TASTE. (I GO FAIRLY LIBERAL ON THE SEASONING SALT) SPRINKLE EVENLY WITH BROWN SUGAR AND TOP WITH DRAINED PINEAPPLE. BAKE ON MEDIUM RACK AT 350 FOR APPROX. 18-24 MINUTES OR UNTIL SALMON FLAKES.
