Prepare a medium-hot charcoal fire on your grill. While fire is heating, cut salmon into one-inch thick steaks. Be sure to clean fish well, and remove all fat. Rinse well and pat steaks dry. Combine ingredients for sauce over medium-low heat by adding remaining ingredients to melted butter or margarine. I might add here that margarine is okay, but butter is the best.... To insure a consistent sauce, stir it intermittently for five to 10 minutes. Place steaks on grill and generously baste with sauce. Turn frequently, basting each time. Cook until crispy brown on both sides. Note: A particularly large salmon that will fee half your neighborhood may require more sauce. The sauce receipe may be doubled, tripled, or even quadrupled... Enjoy!!!!!!!
