Filet, skin and wash fish in clean cold water. Crush mixture of Wheaties and crackers in large zip lock bag with a rolling pin unitl very fine. Add Season Salt and Garlic Powder to taste. Beat eggs and milk together in bowl. Dip cleaned fish in milk mixture, then drop into bag and shake until fish is evenly coated. Drop into hot deep frier or skillet with hot oil. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain on paper towel. Serve with cocktail sauce.
