Ingredients
  • 2 LBS. FLOUNDER FILLETS
  • 1 C. ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS
  • FRESH CRUMBS FROM 2 SLICES WHITE BREAD
  • 3 T. CHOPPED PARSELY
  • 1/4 C. KETCHUP
  • 1/4 C. MAYONAISE
  • 1/4 C. MILK
  • 1/2 LB. SHREDDED CRAB MEAT
  • 2 T. BUTTER
Directions
PREHEAT OVEN TO 400. HEAVILY GREASE A BAKING PAN W/BUTTER. CUT FILLETS INTO 5" WIDE STRIPS. COMBINE THE OTHER INGREDIENTS IN MIXING BOWL. SPREAD THE MIXTURE ON THE FILLETS. ROLL FILLETS AND PLACE INTO GREASED PAN. DOT W/BUTTER. BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES
