Ingredients
  • 1 LB HADDOCK FILLETS
  • 1/3 C. CHOPPED ONION
  • 1 SM. GARLIC CLOVE
  • MINCED
  • 2 T. BUTTER
  • 1/2 TSP. THYME
  • 1/2 TSP. TARRAGON
  • 1/4 C. CORN FLAKES
Directions
PLACE HADDOCK IN GREASED BAKING DISH. SAUTE ONION AND GARLIC IN BUTTER, STIR IN TARRAGON,THYME, AND 1/4 TSP SALT W/ DASH OF PEPPER. COOK TOGETHER 1 MINUTE, SPREAD MIXTURE OVER FILLET AND TOP W/ CORN FLAKES. BAKE AT 500 FOR 12 MIN.
