Ingredients
  • 1 LB SALMON FILLET
  • 1 T. OLIVE OIL
  • 1/4 TSP. SALT
  • 1/4 TSP. PEPPER
  • 1/2 TSP. DILL
  • 1 LEMON
Directions
PLACE LARGE PIECE OF FOIL IN A SHALLOW BROILER PAN. PLACE FISH IN CENTER OF FOIL. BRUSH OLIVE OIL OVER FILLET. SPRINKLE SALT AND PEEPER OVER FILLET. SPRINKLE W/ DILL. CUT LEMON IN HALF LENGTHWISE. ONE HALF SLICE LEMON WHEELS AND PLACE ON FISH. WITH THE OTHER HALF SQUIRT LEMON JUICE ON FILLET. COOK AT 400 FOR 20-30 MIN. WITH FISH TIGHTLY WRAPPED IN FOIL.
