Ingredients
  • 6-12 bluegill
  • Cocktail sauce
  • salt
Directions
1. Set a good sized pot to boil (4-5 inches deep at least)
2. Clean and gut bluegill.
3. Rinse well.
4. Boil fish for 6 minutes.
5. Peel white meat from bones with a fork.
6. Salt to taste.
7. Chill in refrigerator.
8. Serve in a cocktail glass with sauce.
Other Notes
Want more kick? Add Zatarans Crab Boil to the pot and boil them in that.
