  • SWEET POTATO
  • BLUE POTATO)
  • 4 OZ. SLICED SMOKED SALMON
  • 3 TBSP SOUR CREAM
  • 2 TBSP SNIPPPED CHIVES
Directions
1. ARRANGE CHIPS ON A PLATTER. tOP EACH W/ A PIECE OF SALMON, A SMALL SPOONFUL OF SOUR CREAM AND TOP IT OF W/ CHIVES. SERVE.
