Ingredients
  • 4 4OZ SKINLESS SOLE
  • FLOUNDER
  • 1 CUP BROCCOLI
  • 1 BEATEN EGG
  • 1 8 OZ. CREAM CHEESE WITH CHIVES AND ONION
  • 1/4 CUP PARMESEAN CHEESE
  • 3/4 CUP HERB SEASONED STUFFING MIX
  • 2 TBSP MILK
  • 2 TBSP DRY WHITE WINE
Directions
1. RINSE FISH AND DRY. fOR STUUFING, COMBINE BROCCOLI, EGG, HALF OF THE CREAM CHEESE AND THE PARMESEAN CHEESE.STIR IN THE STUUING MIX. SPOON 1/4 OF THE STUFFING ONTO EACH END OF THE FISH. ROLL UP, SECURING ROLLS WITH TOOTHPICKS. PLACE ONTO GREASED BAKING DISH. BAKE 30-35 MIN AT 350.

2. MENWHILE, FOR THE SAUCE IN A SM. PAN COOK REMANDER OF THE CREAM CHEESE, MILK, AND WINE UNTIL HEATED THOROUGHLY, STIRRING OFTEN. SERVE OVER FISH
