Ingredients
  • 1 LB. SKINLESS COD
  • 2 TBSP BUTTER
  • 1/4 TSP CUMIN
  • 1/8 TSP GARLIC POWDER
  • 2 TBSP MAYONAISE OR SALAD DRESSING
  • 2 TBSP PLAIN YOGURT
  • 1 TSP LIME JUICE
  • 1 1/2 CUPS COLESLAW MIX
  • 8 6 INCH TORTILLAS
  • WARMED
  • SLASA OPTIONAL
Directions
1. THAW FISH,RINSE AND DRY. CUT FISH CROSSWISE INTO 3/4 INCH SLICES. PLACE FISH IN SINGLE LAYER IN A GREASED BAKING PAN. cOMBINE BUTTER, CUMIN AND GARLIC, BRUSH OVER FISH. bAKE 450 FOR 4-6 MIN. 2. MEANWHILE, STIR MAYO, YOGURT, AND LIME JUICE TOGETHER. ADD COLESLAW, AND TOSS TO COAT. SPOON COLESLAW MIX INTO TORTILLA, ADD FISH, AND SALSA, FOLD.
