1. thaw fish, rinse, and pat dry
cut into 4 pieces, set aside. In sm. bowl, combine jam, lemon juice, ginger, pepper and garlic. In seperate bowl, 3 tbsps of mixture w/ butter.
2. Place fish on greased unheated rack of broiler pan, Lightly brush w/half of the butter mixture. Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 min. Using a wide spatula flip fish. Lightly brush on remaining butter mixture. Broil for 3-7 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with sauce.
