Ingredients
  • 2 lbs crappie skins
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup salsa
Directions
Remove all scales. Skin the crappie and fry the skins in the oil, 7 minutes or until crispy and serve with a cup of your favorite salsa.

THE BEST RECIPE IN THE WORLD! I TOLD MY KIDS IT WAS CHICKEN AND THEY LOVED IT. THANKS!!!!! I THREW IN SOME RAT TAILS AND RAT POISIN TO SPICE IT UP.
