Ingredients
  • 2 mackerel filets
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 cup chopped italian parsley
Directions
Combine all ingredients and marinate for one hour. Place filets in grill basket and place over hot grill for 4-5 minutes per side or until skin starts to char. Serve with fresh lemon wedges
