Ingredients
  • 20 lbs of fresh eel
  • 100 cups of sugar
  • 100 cups of shredded hot red peppers
  • 2 red onions
  • 10 cups of maple syrup
  • 100 lbs of brown sugar
  • 7 lbs. of wasabi
  • 4 lbs of ginger
  • 100 lbs of cinnamon
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a blender. Mix for 2 hrs. Refrigerate for 10 days. Enjoy!
Other Notes
Don't eat with fried chicken.

Best smoothie ever!!! i didnt think it would be very good but i had to use the eel that was in my freezer too long. Nice taste, texture, and presentation. Easy to make but it takes a while to rest. Overall a great beverage for a hot day!!!
