Ingredients
  • 6 WHITE PERCH FILETS CLEANED AND SKINNED
  • 1 EGG
  • 1 CUP MILK
  • 3/4 CUP WHITE FLOUR
  • BUTTER
  • SALT
  • PEPPER
Directions
  • MIX EGG AND MILK AND DIP THOROUGHLY CLEANED FILETS IN MIXTURE
  • SHAKE OFF EXCESS AND COAT LIGHTLY W/ FLOUR
  • SEASON BOTH SIDE TO TASTE W/SALT N' PEPPER
  • HEAT BUTTER IN DEEP FRYING PAN OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT
  • ADD FISH WHEN PAN IS HOT, BEFORE BUTTER STARTS TO BURN. COOK TILL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES, DON'T FLIP TO SOON.
