Ingredients
  • 5 OR 6 -OUNCE SALMON FILET - SKIN ON
  • 1 TEASPOON EXTRA OLIVE OIL
  • 1/2 TABLESPOON FRESH CHOPPED CHIVES
  • TARAGON (OPTIONAL)
Directions
  • PREHEAT OVEN OR TOASTER OVEN @ 425 DEGREES
  • RUB SALMON W\ 1 TEASPOON OIL AND SEASON (salt & pepper)
  • COOK SKIN SIDE DOWN ON ALUIMINUM FOIL IN MIDDLE/UPPER RACK ABOUT 12 MINUTES OR JUST UNTIL FISH IS COOKED THROUGH
  • CUT FISH IN HALF AND REMOVE SKIN.
  • PUT ON PLATE AND SPRINKLE W/ A LITTLE MORE OLIVE OIL AND FRESH CHIVES AND TARAGON IF DESIRED. PERFECT SIZE FOR ONE

    SERVE W/ STEAMED ASPARAGAS AND A MICROWAVE BAKER. HEALTHY BACHELOR MEAL IN LESS THAN 10 MINS.
