Put the filets in a big (plastic)zip-lock bag. Squeeze all the lime's juice into the bag. Add a couple teaspoons of hotsauce (if you like it hot, add more).
Pour italian dressing in bag until all filets are swimming in it. Let fish marinate in fridge for atleast 1/2 hour.
Preheat oven to 450. Slice up the onion and pepper. Peel garlic cloves. Rub oil on the bottom of a baking pan (big enough for fish & atleast 2 in. deep. Line the bottom of pan with sliced onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Lay the filets on top.
Add some salt and pepper. Bake for about 15 min or until ends of filet look a little crispy. Crank the temp. up to BROIL for the last few minutes for a crispier fish.
Other Notes
The best side dishes are green beans and mashed potatoes. And, of course, cold beer.
