Tripletail on the halfshell

Ingredients
  • bottle of Italian salad dressing
  • butter
  • tony chachere's creole spice
Directions
Baste with butter and Italian dressing then sprinkle Tony's on top. When flesh starts to "split", fish is done - remove from fire. With large spatula or spoon scrape meat off the skin and scales. Substitute your choice of salad dressing or simply crumble variety of cheeses over top when cooking.
Other Notes
This is so easy, anyone can do it and its very quick too so don't forget to check the fish often.
