Ingredients
  • Trout Chowder
  • 4 8-10 inch trout
  • 3 cups potatoes
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup onions
  • 1/2 cup marjarine
  • 2 cups milk
Directions
Cook the fish in water with the potatoes. Debone the fish, then return it to stock. Sauté the onions in butter, then add them to the stock with the milk, salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium heat until the potatoes are soft. Recipe serves 4.
