Ingredients
  • Smoked bacon
  • Onions
  • Potaters
  • Catfish
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Hot sauce
Directions
Clean fish and cut up or slice all ingredients. May layer or mix in pot. Season to taste, during or after cooking. Cook slow until done.
Other Notes
Bacon can be prefried to remove grease. Fish can be boiled and flesh removed from bones before adding to pot. Eat with sliced, White "Store Bought Bread" (Good recipe with many types of fish)
