  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Relish
Directions
Mix leftover halibut with mayo, mustard (if desired), and relish to make a delicious sandwich spread. I first tried this at The Cove Lodge, in Elfin Cove, Alaska, and I absolutely love it. You may never eat tuna again...

Remove all traces of skin and 'that brown stuff' under it.
