Ingredients
  • fish fillets
  • 3 eggs
  • 1-2 cups crushed Honey bunches of Oats cereal
  • 1 cup plain bread crumbs
  • season salt
  • pepper
Directions
Dip the fish in the beaten eggs and dredge in a mix of the crushed cereal, breadcrumbs and spices. Spray your baking dish with Pam. Cook at 350 for 20-30, depends on thickness of fish. If its flaky, it's done.
Other Notes
Honey Bunches of Oats WITH ALMONDS makes this very good. Couscous is a simple side dish for this. (It's just like rice, only fancy.)

The almonds in the cereal give a very nice flavor. The texture from the cereal make the outside crunchy. The kids like it to.
