Ingredients
  • 10-20 sunfish fillets
  • 2 eggs
  • about 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • canola oil
  • frying pan
Directions
Heat about 1-1 1/2 in. oil in the pan. Beat Eggs. Cover the fish in the eggs and coat with the crumbs. Fry until golden brown.
