  • Cajun season
  • Black pepper
Directions
Take catfish right out of freezer. Don't thaw out the fish and put cajun season. add quiet a bit both cajun and pepper. Wrap it up with foil and then throw on grill. It doesn't matter whether or not that the fire is out or not. I prefer that the fire stay real hot.
