Ingredients
  • 2lbs bonito fillet
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • bread crumbs
  • 1 small burlap bag
Directions
marinade fillets in lemon juice for 30 minutes. Put bread crumbs and fillets in burlap bag,shake to distribute crumbs on fillets, slightly dampen bag with a fine spray of water,place bag and fillets on the barbique grill for 15 minutes with lid closed. Remove fron grill and let cool for 10 minutes, Remove fillets from bag, throw them out and eat the bag! Enjoy
