Ingredients
  • Walleye fillet (or other fish)
  • 2 Tbs Salsa
  • 1 Tbs Butter
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Foil
Directions
Season fillet with salt & pepper. Melt butter and brush over fillet. Spread salsa over fillet. Wrap in aluminum foil and place on outdoor grill for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Other Notes
You can add a little water and rice around the fish before grilling.
