Ingredients
  • 3 1-lb. bulheads dressed
  • 1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp. cheese garlic salad dressing mix of italian dressing mix
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Place fish on a greased baking pan. Combine tomato sauce, salad oil, dressing mix and salt. Brush inside cavities with sauce, pour reamainimg sauce over and around fish. Sprinkle parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 40 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
