Ingredients
  • 2 c. flaked catfish
  • 2 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fat for deep frying (vegetable oil works well)
Directions
Bake or steam catfish. Remove from bones and flake. Mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls. Deep fry in hot fat at 350 degrees F until golden brown and crisp. Drain well.
