Ingredients
  • 8 oz. trout dressed
  • 2 tbsp. wine vinegar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 small bottle labatt's blue beer
Directions
Pour vinegar over trout. Immerse fish in boiling salted beer for 2 minutes. Cool in the beer liquid. Drain. Server at room temperature with steamed potatoes which have been buttered and parsleyed
