Ingredients
  • 1 lb. pickerel
  • 1 medium onion
  • flour
  • pepper
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt
  • butter
Directions
Cut the washed, whiped dry, fillets into serving pieces; dredge with flour, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Melt butter in skillet and brown fillets until a delicate brown. Add sliced onion, mushroom soup and milk; cover and slip into the oven for about 30 minutes ant 350 degrees F.
