Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 lbs pike
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c/ water
  • 1/2 c. suger
  • 1/2 tsp. accent
  • sprinkling of garlic salt
  • sprinkling of black pepper
  • 1/2 c. gratted carrot
  • 1/4 c. minced onion and 2 tbsp salt
Directions
Put fish through a food chopper twice. Add sugar. Mix cornstarch with the water and add seasonings. Add to fish. Mix and knead very well. Add vegetables and salt and knead into fish mixture. Roll into small balls and deep fry about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
