Ingredients
  • 1 muskie fillet
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
Heat cooking oil to 300+ degrees. Cut fillet into 20 chuncks. Lightly beat eggs. Mix all ingredients together. Emerse chunks into mixture. Put in oil and take out when golden brown

Very good receipe, but add 1 cup of corn meal, and tablespoon of pepper, it'll be better thanks. Bob.
