Salmon marinated with Drambuie

Ingredients
  • 350-450 grams of thinly sliced Smoked Salmon
  • 3Tbsp. Drambuie
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Capers
  • 1 Lemon
  • thinly sliced
  • Brown Bread
  • thinly sliced
  • Butter
Directions
Place Salmon in a shallow glass bowl or baking dish. Add Drambuie, lemon juice, and Capers. Marinate for at least an hour in the refrigerator. Arrange Salmon on a serving platter. Sprinkel with Capers and garnish with Lemon slices. Serve with brown bread and butter.
