Ingredients
  • 1 lb. perch fillets
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • juice of 1 fresh lemon
  • fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
Combine flour, salt and pepper in a shallow pie dish. Dip fillets in milk and then in flour mixture. Melt butter in skillet. Saute' fish in butter, turn once. Remove to hot platter. Place fresh lemon juice in skillet and then pour over fillets. Garnish with fresh parsley.
